If you find you have a failed collection:
A failed collection is where the carrier didn't collect your parcel on the required day.
We enjoy a 98% success rate of first time collection, but as with all carriers failed collections do occur, if in this instances please follow the simple steps below.
1, Please forward a copy of your order receipt, this is the receipt you received when you booked your parcel, this receipt will contain an order number.
2, Email receipt to:- info@mhdirectcouriers.co.uk where it would be rebooked for the next working day.
